Brkfst-2 fried eggs
fresh peach ( and it was yummy)
green tea ( I had gotten away from drinking this as much, but getting back to it)
Lunch-
Stir fry with chicken, brocolli, carrots, celery and onion
apple
yogart for afternoon snack
Supper- chicken vegetable soup
yogart
I am posting this early as I wont be around the computer over the Holiday weekend. I will update as soon as I can. Please don't let the holiday blow it for you. I have all my meals planned, even though its the weekend, I'm commited to following thru with this.
