Breakfast:
2 eggs fried in olive oil
1 c. strawberries
Lunch:
Salad w/ celery, boiled egg and fat free cheese
and fat free catalina salad dressing
apple
Supper:
stir fry (leftover turkey breast cut up small, celery, onion, brocolli and carrots (sauted in olive oil) sprinkled with lemon pepper (out of this world YUMMY)
mid morning snack-yogart
evening snack-yogart
Drinking my 64 oz of water, keeps me moving during the day (and sometimes the night)
