Day 11.....

Brkfst-2 eggs (fried in olive oil)
1 C strawberries with Truvia

Lunch-tuna and small squirt mayo light
apple
tomatoe-small
yogart-mid afternoon snack

supper-Chicken marinated in Fat free italian dressing
green beans
yogart

Remember to drink at least 8 glasses of water for a total of 64 oz. a day...this is very important.
