I love watching Hungry Girl on the cooking channel and recently found this snack to fix. I was SO happy that Ariel and Bobby both liked it. It's very simple. You only need 4 things.
Caramel rice cakes, cool whip (light or fat free), cinnamon and vanilla (not shown).
You mix 1/2 cup (or more if you want to do a bunch at one time) cool whip, little bit of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon-mix together and put on a rice cake-cover with another rice cake and freeze.
Yep, these are kind alike a ice creme sandwich.
So, simple...ENJOY!
