My embroidery thread....

Ariel has always played with my embroidery thread. She names each color and plays with them as if they are barbies...they talk to each other and walk around etc....
So, I found her playing with them last week and she was giving them hair! Yes, she was taking scissors and cutting into the thread to make them have hair...
UH-OH...that wont work when I put it on my machine and exspect it to be continious?
So, hopefully I put a stop to that, but I just monogrammed her a lunch bag and the thread cut off 2 times on me (b/c of her HAIR she gave it) LOL..

I love her dearly regardless of what she does to my thread.
So, here is her stack of playmates......She can tell you all there names...

Somebunny.....loves this bunny....10-3-2011

So, I came home from taking Ariel to school and found that Scatter (the cat) had this little baby bunny. Yes, his eyes weren't open yet and I was all giddy for this little guy or gal. I took it from Scatter and he wasn't happy at all. He was so unhappy that about an hour later, he brought another baby bunny to my door, ate it's head off and left the rest for me to clean up...{ ICK }

So, we named him Choclate Chip Bunny...He was a hopper, that's for sure. He made it overnight
in his little crate of hay, but died the
next morning. We tried to save ya
little fellow, but God had other plans
for you! RIP....:(

Creative Arts-Titus Co. Fair

So, Ariel has been taking art lessons and this was the last project she was doing. If you don't know by now, she LOVES cats, as so does her art teacher...
She entered this canvas in the fair, but was upset because she didn't get a place on it...hey, it's number 1 in our book. GREAT job Ariel.

Sept. 27th, 2011

Sorry, I've gotten behind on my blog. Life gets so busy in the fall, that something has to be left un-touched and that has been my blog.
Ariel participated in the Academic Rodeo for the fair. She done Speech last year and finished 2nd place (AWESOME job), and she wanted to do speech again this year. So she did! She done GREAT to say the least, but didn't place this year.
She never stuttered, stumbled or forgot her words, but that's all I will say about it!
So, here is her ribbon and free tickets to get into the fair. Great job kiddo's.
